Did he realize he had discovered the 'New World'?
It's Columbus Day in the New World. I, of course, live in Florida which
was discovred by Ponce de Leon in 1513. I live too far out in the country
to see any parades. Besides, we had a big rain storm that lasted for 2
days. It was like a mini-hurricane. I'll spend today cleaning up after
the storm.
