    The answer is...

    Wakayama-ken is a prefecture in the next of the south in Osaka.
    The picture is Wakayama castle(和歌山城).
    It was made in 1585 and by Hidenaga Toyotomi(豊臣 秀長).
    He is one of brother Hideyoshi Toyotomi(豊臣秀吉).
    Hideyoshi is very famous.
    I can find it on Google Earth. Latitude longitude is 34°13'49.00″N 135°10'17.11″E
