Manatees and Sea Turtles Saved from Cold Weather
Florida, the Sunshine State, has been cold lately.
Sea Turtles and Manatees can't tolerate the cold
weather. Many have been rescued but several have
died. Sea World, the amusement park, has helped
out to save the animals. This picture shows a
Sea World worker feeding a cold Manatee.
More than 250 sea turtles have been rescued.
So far this year, 50 manatees have been rescued.
Have a nice day.
